  • Provide access to camera footage and event data as permitted by your access level

  • Communicate essential updates or service-related notifications

 

We do not use your information for advertising or marketing purposes.

We may use trusted third-party service providers to help us operate our services. These include:

  • Cloud Infrastructure (user authentication, database, and storage)

  • Edge Infrastructure (video and camera data access)

These services may store and process your information on servers located outside of Australia.

We do not share your personal data with any third parties for marketing or profiling purposes.

We retain your personal data (name and email) only for as long as your account is active or as required by law. Upon account deletion, your personal information will be removed from our systems within 30 days.
